The Railways and Transport Laboratory of NTUA actively participated in the 5th General Assembly (GA) meeting of the CONDUCTOR project, held in Madrid on March 19-20, 2025. The meeting gathered all consortium partners to discuss key findings, validation results, and the next steps of the project.
As leaders of WP5 (Validation of Cooperation and Governance) and Use Case 1 (Integrated Traffic Management and Intermodality), we presented:
- The ongoing activities within WP5,
- Initial validation results from our research and pilot implementations,
- Future steps to enhance the effectiveness of cooperative and multimodal transport solutions.
On the first day, each pilot team shared progress on implementation, key insights from preliminary validations, and upcoming developments for the next six months. The day concluded with the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) Assessment Workshop, reinforcing the need for an inclusive and human-centric approach to transport innovation.
The second day featured two interactive workshops:
- Discussion on the Results – focusing on platform usability, scalability, and implementation challenges.
- Impact & Exploitation – strategizing on stakeholder engagement and the long-term adoption of CONDUCTOR’s solutions.
These discussions provided valuable insights that will shape the next phases of the project. We look forward to continuing our contributions to CONDUCTOR, advancing intelligent and sustainable mobility solutions.
